Ingredients:
- 4 cups finely grated raw yams
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Note: Most Southern dogs know how good naturally sweet yams are. Nothing could be better than a wistful dog nap on a satisfied dog stomach filled with a marvelous meal that includes this delicious pudding.
If your dog has problems with incontinence, a cedar chip bed is not for him. The mixture of urine and cedar chips can prop up bacterial infections.
