Red Rover Valley Texas-style Barbecue Sauce Dog Recipe

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Use sauce to baste ribs, steaks, frankfurters, or hamburgers over a medium fire. You can make about 3 cups of sauce with this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 minced cloves of garlic
• 2 finely chopped medium onions
• 1 cup catsup
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

Note:
Not too hot, not too sweet, this recipe was contributed by a cattle-herding dog who found it to be just the right seasoning for snakes, lizards, armadillos, and other varmints.
