Lazybones Egg Pudding Dog Recipe

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. and butter a 6-quart baking dish.
2. Mix the raw egg, milk, stock, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl; beat well. Stir in chopped eggs. Arrange the bread and chicken in the baking dish. Pour egg and milk mixture over all, dot the top with butter, and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake about 30 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed and the pudding is lightly browned around edges. Cool slightly before serving. You can make 3 quarts pudding with this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 raw eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup Chicken Stock 
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
• 12 slices bread, torn into strips
• 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• Pinch of paprika
