Featherweight Rice Cakes Dog Recipe

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line 36 muffin tins with paper forms.
2. Mix the rice, milk and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then stir into the rice mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff in another bowl. Stir one-third of the whites into the batter, then fold in remaining whites. The mixture will be very thin.
3. Place the batter into muffin tins with a spoon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until light and puffy. You can make 36 muffins with this recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
2 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of com oil
2 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
6 egg whites.
