Far East Dog Sauce Dog Recipe

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and run the motor until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan; let it boil over medium heat, and cook, stirring continuously, until the sauce is thickened and slightly reduced. You can make about 2 cups of sauce with this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 minced cloves of garlic,
• 2 cups Chicken Stock
• 4 tablespoons tamari sauce
• 4 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons dry sherry
• 2 teaspoons brown bean sauce (found in Oriental food stores)
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard

Note:
This sauce will provide an Oriental flavor to any dish. It is a versatile accompaniment to fish, poultry, or meat.

Infrequent Flyers
The International Air Transportation Association discourages some dogs from flying:

• Nursing mothers and unweaned pups
• Females in heat
• Puppies less than eight weeks old
• Short-nosed dogs with respiratory problems
