Far East Dog Sauce Dog Recipe
Preparation: Place all the ingredients in the blender and run the motor until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan; let it boil over medium heat, and cook, stirring continuously, until the sauce is thickened and slightly reduced. You can make about 2 cups of sauce with this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 minced cloves of garlic,
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 4 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons brown bean sauce (found in Oriental food stores)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
Note: This sauce will provide an Oriental flavor to any dish. It is a versatile accompaniment to fish, poultry, or meat.
