Corn Crisps Dog Recipe
Preparation: Place cornmeal, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, oil, and honey in a blender or food processor container and process it until batter is smooth. Melt the butter in a skillet; ladle 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet for each 3-inch round. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes in total. You can make about 48 pancakes with this recipe.
