Cold Carnivore Salad Dog Recipe

Preparation:

1. In a bowl whisk together oil, garlic, mustard, egg yolk, vinegar, and salt to taste until mixture is emulsified to prepare the dressing. Set it aside.
2. Spread cabbage on a plate and arrange the beef and potatoes over it. Pour dressing sparingly over the salad, sprinkle it with parsley, and serve. You can make 3 quarts of salad with this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups olive oil
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 2 egg yolks
• ½ cup balsamic vinegar
• Salt
• 1 head shredded cabbage
• 2 cups diced cooked beef
• 8 cooked small new potatoes, cut into halves
• ½ cup chopped Italian parsley

Note:
