Canine Quiche Dog Recipe

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Whisk together eggs, cream, and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir in meat or cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and bake until puffy and light brown on top, about 35 to 40 minutes.
3. Let the quiche cool slightly before serving. You can make one 18-inch pie.

Ingredients:

• 6 or 8 large eggs
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 10 tablespoons chopped cooked meat or grated cheese
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 18-inch pie shell, baked and cooled

Note:
This recipe is especially good for finicky toys and dogs which are under-weight. You can vary the taste by adding a variety of delicious fillings; cheese or chopped cooked liver, kidney, tripe, ham, sausage, or bacon.
