Canine Curry Sauce Recipe

Preparation:
Mix stock and cornstarch mixture in a small saucepan. Let it boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove the pan from the heat; whisk in yogurt, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. You can make 2 2/3 cups sauce with this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Chicken Stock
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 4 tablespoons of water
• 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon turmeric

Note:
Gentle curry flavor and protein-rich yogurt give this sauce just sufficient zip to rekindle your dog's interest in kibble or other grain dishes. It's especially good served with rice and eggs or over bulgur wheat.
